With grease drainage holes for healthier cooking, the half-and-half Plancha cooking surface is ideal for all types of cooking. Fry eggs on the flat side while grilling sausages and bacon on the ribbed half. A removable pot stand is also included, along with a convenient utility tray for condiment and tool storage.
