The Cayman PC Zip-On Porch Door is a versatile addition to the Cayman Combo PC. Connected using a combination of Zips & Toggles, it fits snugly around the sleeve of either the front or back eyebrow canopy poles. There is a large zip back door that allows for full or half opening from both sides or top to bottom and creates a practical sheltered and private space to suit personal requirements. Supplied with a toggle-in groundsheet and a pair of curtains to close the windows to the outside world, this also allows for the use of a Cayman Porch Extension Cabin Inner Tent which converts the now enclosed porch into a self-contained bedroom. A total of two porch doors can be used at the same time to fully enclose both porches to offer significant additional usable areas.
The Polycotton Flysheet is exquisite, allowing breathability and insulation in equal parts, dependent on the weather conditions; the fabric will contract for maximum heat retention when cold, whilst in warm weather, the material will ‘breathe’ to help maintain a more comfortable internal atmosphere. There are even acoustic benefits of using this heavy-duty canvas material, which maintains a calmer internal ambience within the awning, especially in the wind.
The porch door incorporates a large zip back door which allows for full or half opening from left-right, right-left, and top to bottom. There is a toggle-in PE groundsheet included which can be used in conjunction with the porch door to offer a more enclosed feel and waterproof protection from the ground, along with toggle-in curtains to close the windows to the outside world.
