A hybrid 5 person family tent which benefits from the advantages of a tunnel and dome construction. The large, spacious dome living area provides plenty of living space for all the family, whilst the tunnel bedroom is resilient and strong in adverse weather. The Waterfall 5 has a very good vent system just as its fore runner the Bispace tent did. The living area has a very good large square vent at the top. This vent has a 'no see um' mesh covering and is then protected from rain by an over cap. Lower down at the end of the bedroom there is a second vent also with 'no see um' mesh and a rain cover. The high vent on the top of the living area combined with this lower vent produce a 'chimney effect'. As hot moist air rises to the top of the tent we vent this from the highest point in the tent. Cooler air then enters the tent lower down keeping the tent fresh and reducing condensation.
