All of our prices on the site include VAT at 17.5%
MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop,
and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the
shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on
"Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we
need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment.
We do not accept American express. We do not charge for any item until
it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are ready for shipping. You may
alternatively call us on 01209 20 32 20 with your credit card information.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We use a network of reputable national carriers who guarantee that your
goods will arrive in a suitable condition within the advised timescale.
Orders will be delivered by Parceline who guarantee their safe arrival within the preferred
time band. Parceline provide a tracking service so that
once your order has been despatched we will e-mail you with
your tracking number so that you can track its journey.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Your order will be despatched on a 1 working day service as long as we
have the product in stock. Please note that if your order is placed on
the weekend, it won't be processed until the following Monday.
BACK ORDERS AND PART SHIPMENTS
If your full order can not be processed, you will be phoned and/or emailed as
soon as possible. You will be given the following options:
- Wait until your full order can be fulfilled before delivery
- Have the part order delivered, with the rest to follow when
available.
- Cancel the unavailable products from your order
- Cancel your full order
PRIVACY POLICY
World of Camping does not disclose customers information to third
parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep
track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected
an item. We may occasionally write to you with details of special
promotional offers or other information that may be of interest
to you.
TRANSACTIONAL INFORMATION
World of Camping will take care that all the descriptions of their
products are accurate so that the buyer will know exactly what they
are buying. The price displayed will include VAT at 17.5% so that
you know exactly how much is being spent. Please note that VAT does
not apply to countries outside the EEC, and will be deducted from
the stated price. Other non-optional Costs the buyer will incur
such as delivery and handling costs are clearly stated for the convenience
of the customer.
SECURITY
World of Camping provides the customer with a secure payment system
that meet all requirements issued by consumer protection and law.
WHEN THINGS GO WRONG
If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will phone and/or email you
with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If you have a complaint with World of Camping please contact customer services.
CHILDREN
worldofcamping.co.uk does not knowingly direct sales to children.
Any orders placed by children will not be accepted without verifiable
consent from the child's parent/ guardian. Any personal information
disclosed from children must have verifiable consent from the child's
parent/ guardian. This information will not be passed on to any
third parties without the verifiable consent from the child's parent/
guardian.
